The intent of the policy is to cover the association, chapters, officials, and members for liability while acting on behalf of the Named Insured – example: While officiating, meetings, organized activities and functions. No insurance provided for athletic participants. This is a 3rd party liability contract.
- All associations will be named on the policy as a Named Insured.
- Any chapter/member, official will be included as an insured under the policy as respects to his liability for activities of the Named Insured.
Limits: occurrence form with no deductible
- $3,000,000 – General Aggregate other than Products Completed Operations
- $1,000,000 – Products Completed Operations Aggregate
- $1,000,000 – Personal Injury & Advertising Injury
- $1,000,000 – Sexual Abuse/Molestation Occ/Agg
- $1,000,000 – Professional Occ/Agg
- $1,000,000 – Each Occurrence Limit
- $100,000 – Limit Each Occurrence – Fire Legal Liability
- $5,000 – Medical Expense Spectator only
- Broad knowledge and notice of occurrence
Extensions:
- Automatic coverage for Vendors, lessors of premises (blanket Additional Insureds)
- Products and Completed Operations
- Medical Payments – $5,000 Each Person(non participant)

- Host Liquor Liability
- Non-Owned Watercraft – Less than 26 feet
- Incidental Malpractice
- Broad Form Property Damage
- Volunteers as Insureds
- Employees as Insureds
- Automobile Non-Ownership/ Hired (Liability only: $1,000,000 Limit officers only) – no coverage for Physical Damage, Comprehensive or Collision)
- Discrimination, other than employment related suits
Supplemental Payments:
- Up to $250 for bail bonds due to accidents arising out of the use of a vehicle which bodily injury occurs.
- Up to $250 per day to the insured to assist in the investigation or defense of a claim
- Intentional acts coverage for Bodily Injury for use of reasonable force to protect persons or property.
- Legal Defense Cost are covered and are not subject to the limit of liability.
- Auditable Policy based on the number of officials and the special coverage events that an organization may sponsor.
Exclusions:
- No coverage for Professional or semi-professional sports officiating if paid
- Terrorism
- Trampoline
- Sexually Transmitted Disease
- Absolute Pollution
- Punitive Damages
- Athletic Equipment manufactured by you
- Sponsored Events can be covered; however, athletic participants are excluded – will need to call for special events you sponsor to obtain coverage.
- Officials should carry their own Health Coverage in case they are hurt/injured during games or functions – no coverage is afforded if the official is injured, unless the purchase of the accident health insurance was made.

Liability Limits – $10,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury & Property Damage Per Occurrence and Aggregate.
- Retained Limit – $10,000
- Underlying Schedule of Insurance
- No coverage for athletic participants
CLAIMS:
- Please record any incidents that may rise for a claim.
- Send copy of the report to our office c/o Yvette Markwitz.
- If you are served legal papers, please forward a copy by Registered Mail so we can respond on a timely basis.
PREMIUM PAYMENTS
- When new officials come into the organization, please let us know and collect the appropriate premium charge
